Licence and authorised use

When the app is made available and installed under applicable Marketplace terms, Atesen Software grants your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use QueuePilot within its Freshdesk account. Use your own authorised credentials and comply with Freshworks terms and your organisation's data access rules.

Paid Marketplace plan

The proposed price is $3 per agent per month, subject to final Marketplace approval and listing terms. No subscription is sold by this page. The published Freshworks Marketplace listing and checkout will state the applicable price, taxes, billing, cancellation and refund terms before any purchase.

Service scope and limitations

QueuePilot reads and sorts API results. It does not modify tickets and does not guarantee an atomic, complete or continuously current snapshot. API permissions, pagination limits and changes during loading affect the results. Validate live tenant behavior before operational reliance.

The app is provided as available, without an uptime commitment or a promise of fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use and support

You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Remove saved browser preferences with Forget views or browser site-data controls. Any future paid subscription must also be managed through the billing controls stated at purchase. Contact support@atesensoftware.com for support or questions about these terms.
