Timeline Exporter privacy
This section describes how Timeline Exporter handles data. It supplements the site-wide privacy policy.
Where the extension runs
The extension runs in your browser, as a web tab inside Zoho CRM. Every call goes only to the Zoho API of your organisation's data centre, through the extension's connection, which each user authorises with their own Zoho account. Atesen Software runs no server for it and receives none of your data.
What it reads
The list of modules, the fields and custom views of the module you pick, the IDs of the records you choose and the timeline (history) of those records, including the names of the users who made each change. The scopes it asks for are ZohoCRM.modules.READ, ZohoCRM.settings.modules.READ, ZohoCRM.settings.fields.READ, ZohoCRM.settings.custom_views.READ and ZohoSearch.securesearch.READ. It sends only read requests.
What it writes and stores
Nothing in your organisation, and nothing in your browser: it uses no cookies, local storage or database, and writes no logs. Closing the tab discards everything that was read and not downloaded. The CSV and PDF files you download contain your own records; you are responsible for storing and sharing them.
Zoho Marketplace
Zoho Marketplace shares the name and email address of the person who installs the extension with us when a paid plan is bought, or when that person rates the extension or gives feedback while installing or uninstalling it; for a free trial or a free installation, only if that person agrees. We use them only to answer questions about the extension and its billing, and we do not share them.
Deletion
We hold no data about your organisation, so there is nothing for us to export or delete. Uninstalling the extension in Zoho revokes its connection; delete the files you downloaded when you no longer need them.
Support correspondence
If you email support, that message reaches an Atesen Software mailbox, and we use it only to answer you. Exported files contain your customers' data; please do not send them unless we ask.
