Support for Timeline Exporter is provided by email in English and Turkish. We aim to reply within two business days.

  • Include the data centre of your organisation (for example .com or .eu), the module, how you chose the records and the text of any message you saw.
  • Do not send exported files, passwords or tokens. Support will never ask for passwords or tokens.
