About the game

Skidfire is a top-down drift racing game. The longer and wider you slide, the more drift points you score and the faster your nitro tank fills. Spend the nitro on the straights, pick a line through the bends and take the shortcut on each track if you dare.

  • 8 tracks, from Midnight City and Dusty Canyon to Volcano Rim and Starlight Docks
  • 6 cars and garage upgrades for engine, tyres, nitro and chassis
  • 5 AI rivals, each with its own driving style
  • 12 paint jobs, 6 tyre smoke colors, daily missions and a drift record for every track

Everything is saved automatically, and the game pauses by itself when you switch windows.

Controls

  • Steer: A and D or the Left and Right arrow keys.
  • Drift: hold Space while steering. Nitro: hold Shift.
  • Brake and reverse: S or Down. Gas is automatic; turn auto-gas off in the settings to use W or Up.
  • Touch: on-screen Left, Right, Drift, Nitro and Brake buttons.
  • P or Esc pauses the game.

Devices

Desktop and mobile. Skidfire plays with a keyboard or by touch, in landscape or portrait.
